Delivering Innovation Banking — LBG x Accenture

Medium RiskTier 1 — Showcase

Submitted on 29 June 2026

AI Risk Assessment

Medium Risk

The asset contains LBG-specific strategic framing, positioning language, and references to LBG's internal strategy (North Star, 2027 MVP launch timeline) that reveal engagement details and client confidential context. While no named individuals, financial figures, or pricing data are present, the tailored strategic content and second-person client-direct language make this unsuitable for internal Accenture-only sharing without cleansing. Reuse requires removal of LBG identity and strategy references.

Overview

Description

A single-file interactive microsite presenting Accenture's point of view on Innovation Banking, tailored for LBG. The asset covers four sections navigable via a top tab bar: an Executive Summary with a senior perspective on LBG's right to win in the innovation economy; a Why/What/How framework positioning Innovation Banking within LBG's North Star strategy and setting out the path to a 2027 MVP launch; a Founder Lifecycle view mapping founder expectations and banking interventions across the startup journey; and Key Voices featuring banker, founder, VC and ecosystem perspectives drawn from a fortnightly research panel. A fifth tab presents Accenture's venture credentials including the Fintech Innovation Lab and Founders Intelligence capability. The microsite uses LBG-specific framing throughout, with second-person language ("your strategy", "how you will win") making it suitable for direct use in client conversations.
